USA Insulation

I called USA insulation to get a quote for having my upstairs insulated. When Forest came, he looked in the upstairs bedrooms and garage. But I didn't look in my crawl spaces that are in the bedrooms. He told me they would include the insulation in my crawl spaces. I told him that I had a coupon as well. He began to say to me that I didn't need the coupon. That it was automatically included. I told him to make sure that the insulation was done as well. Once he sat down to do the estimate, he didn't write it on the paper. So the day the workers came, I told them I was supposed to have insulation done in my crawlspace. The worker said it wasn't on the paperwork and they couldn't do the work, not less it was on the paper. So I assume that while Forest was talking to me, he didn't list the insulation. So I only got foam insulation on the outside walls of my house, which isn't helping. It was just a waste of time and $2000. I'm very unhappy with this whole ordeal.
I waste my money. He said that they always do sections of houses. I don't consider two outside walls section. I was happy to get this done finally, but I was so unpleased with this experience.
