AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! When I checked out, I did not realize I had clicked on a conditioner instead of two shampoos As soon as I received the confirmation email, I tried to correct my order I sent to two different email addresses then went on the site and tried to complete a Contact Us form Like others here have stated, it would not accept the code to submit, no matter how I tried I called and left a message asking my order be updated A week later, I send emails again and left messages again Order arrived incorrectly I kept calling and finally got someone to answer ***, the manager, was rude and arrogant He refused to believe me, even when I forwarded the email thread to him showing I emailed within minutes of placing the order Insisted I pay shipping to make the exchange, even though I had done everything I could to prevent the order from shipping minute phone conversation was insulting and showed they could care less about keeping return customers I have ordered from them in the past, but never will again A few extra dollars are better spent with a company who cares enough to pay $to keep a customer
