the issue/problem is *** on my *** are damaged and falling off each time their is heavy winds.
In October 17, 2019 I began the installation of *** to my home. It is an expensive endeavor - but thought it best for the long term.
*** placed the panels on the *** late December 2019 - the entire process was completed on January 24, 2020.
On January 6, 2020, at 3:26pm, I texted the *** (***) and informed her that the Saturday before (January 4, 2020), that *** (2) had blown off the house because of a windy storm. She provided me the name of the installation manager, ***. I was told by *** that he would send someone out on the following Monday (January 13, 2020). On January 21, 2020, I texted the *** again to let her know that no one came neither contacted me.
The week of January 27, 2020, *** sent two of their *** to check the ***. These two people told me there were 1 shingle missing - this was not true because I kept the *** that were on the ground and it was 2 ***. They asked for the *** and stated that they would be able to use the same two ***.
On February 6, 2020, there was another very hard rain and wind storm. The next morning, when I walked outside, the ground and street were covered with *** from my ***.
My house is 9 years old, and through tropical storms, other rain and wind storms - my *** never lost a shingle -
*** has compromised my *** and refused to send a professional *** to mend/repair the ***.
Good Evening,
In reference to above mentioned ID number, we made contact with *** (***) about her *** damage she claimed was caused by our ***’s install of her ***. After taking pictures and showing the *** the damage on almost every *** of other homes in her neighborhood (which we had not put ***s on) and showing her that not all the *** laying in her yard were just hers, we let her know and she agreed to contact her *** and file a claim since it seems the storm that had occurred the night/day before created the damage on her ***.
I thought I had responded to this complaint a month ago as we went out directly after the complaint came in but I cannot find the email that was sent to see if I responded or if it failed to send for some reason. It may be too late to accept this response but I thought I would send it anyway. Thank you for your time.
Best Regards
