Review: We are currently paying for 3mpbs monthly service and have been for years now and we might get close to that du[redacted] the day or middle of the night du[redacted] the week, but evenings and weekends we are lucky to get 1.5. A technician has been out and checked and gave a new modem and said everything was fine. That was 10am, but come 4pm, we are testing at 1.1mbps. I have talked to customer service several times and all they do is try to get me to upgrade to 5mbps, which I am not interested in, seeing how they already cannot provide what we're already paying for. I have been hung up on by customer service reps twice now. This is getting old. No more promises of upgrades.Desired Settlement: To get the internet speed we have been promised and/or some bill credit.

about the internet speed issues in Billings, MT.

USA Communications has received considerable feedback via

social media, phone calls and letters regarding Internet speeds in Billings,

MT. The local and regional management teams overseeing Billings, MT have taken

action to correct any network issues that could be causing the problems. USA

Communications has identified a bandwidth problem and is taking steps to

correct the issue. In the meantime, we

have agreed to put Mrs. [redacted] on a 5meg internet speed for $24.95 a month for

the next 6 months while we work to solve the issue.

We continue to work diligently to improve internet services

and speeds in the Billings, MT area.We will certainly continue to work with the customers if an

issue arises!

Review: I have complained to USA communication about the internet service I am receiving at my address since June of this year and am still receiving inferior service. My children's right to a quality education has been impeded due to the lack of internet access at my home that I have paid for. I am also an online college student and my grades and progress are being affected as well. I am paying for unlimited internet service to my home that I can not access when needed. The company is the only internet service provider of this type in the area.Desired Settlement: I need the company to repair whatever issue is causing me to not be able to have the internet service at my home that I am paying for every month.

have looked into this matter and have found that we have been working with this

consumer to get the issue resolved.

Communications has been out to this customers house numerous times since June

2014. We have different equipment in that area and have swapped equipment to

test options to resolve this issue. We have switched out her radio on 11/13/14.

Since that date we have not heard from the customer that she has been having issues

since replacing her equipment. We feel this issue has been resolved and will

continue to work with the customer if an issue arises.
