First of all, the tech called me hrs before my scheduled appointment timeTold me he'd be to my house in a few minutes When I told him my appointment wasn't untill later and I couldn't be there any earlier, he seemed annoyedI called the main # and explained what happendThey said no problem our tech will be there at the scheduled timeWell I waited an hr past my scheduled time and then called them againThey said they would fund out what was going on and call me backAnother hr goes by and I gear nothingThen finally they call me back and I reschedule for the same time for the next dayNo problem! minutes after I reschedule, the tech calls and says no he needs to come tonightI really needed my sofas steam cleaned tonight so I agreed to let him come(It was 8pm when he got to my house) So the guy shows up, hands me a clipboard and tells me to fill out the paper (name, address, phone) that was attached and sign the bottomSo didHe sets up while I am fillung out the paperHe gets all set up and examines my sofasHe then tells me that a deep clean would work better than the basic steam cleanAnd that the basic wouldn't do anything for my sofasI asked how muchhe went to his truck and came back and told me more dollarsI agreedSo my total should have been $He does the job and has me sign the paper again at the very bottom stating that the work he did was goodI didn't see the price on thereI handed him $He said it's $I told him no it should be and I handed you He said are you seriousI said evenHe absolutely DID NOT say even! My son even heard more for the deep cleanI don't have dollars to my name so I WOULD NOT have agreed to that amount! I asked the tech for the managers phone numberHe gives me his other cell phone number, not the managers numberI got mad! He told me he would have the manager call meOk gineWell a guy calls me and says he's a managerI explain everything to him and he then says that a manger will be calling me tomorrow bc I'm committing fraudWhat in the world? This company is very unprofessional and, in my opinion, a FRAUD!

They said no problem our tech will be there at the scheduled time. Well I waited an hr past my scheduled time and then called them again. They said they would fund out what was going on and call me back. Another hr goes by and I gear nothing. Then finally they call me back and I reschedule for the same time for the next day. No problem! 10 minutes after I reschedule, the tech calls and says no he needs to come tonight. I really needed my sofas steam cleaned tonight so I agreed to let him come. I asked how much..... he went to his truck and came back and told me 20 more dollars. I agreed. So my total should have been $125. He does the job and has me sign the paper again at the very bottom stating that the work he did was good. I didn't see the price on there. I handed him $130. He said it's $200. I told him no it should be 125 and I handed you 130. He said are you serious... I said 200 even.
He absolutely DID NOT say 200 even! My son even heard 20 more for the deep clean. I don't have 200 dollars to my name so I WOULD NOT have agreed to that amount! Review: I contacted USA Clean Master to clean my rug I gave in my classroom. Their technician came to assessed The rug and told the job would be $136.00 with 30% deposit. I gave him $40. I ask him for a receipt. He told me the company would email it to me when t he job was done. Two weeks went by and I didn't receive any calls from them. I called I got different times when the rug would come. When times came the rug didn't arrived. When I call I got excuses time after time, something is wrong at the workshop, the van broke down, the guy is on a job or he is in traffic. The rug was taken on June **. This is July ** I still did not receive the rug.Desired Settlement: I would like my rug to be return along with my deposit.
Review: I contacted USA Clean Master to clean a property at [redacted] VA [redacted]. The initial cost was $209.00, however, when [redacted] the tech went to the property he said the carpet is dirty and needs to be treated for statins and it will cost $371.00 plus tax which would be $407.74. I spoke with [redacted] on 1/13/14 in reference to the cleaning of the property. I advised him that the carpet looks the same as wen he went in, I also took before and after photos. I advised him that the carpet smells of smoke & dog smell. I asked him why there was no solution smell in the house and why the carpet wasn't wet. He said the carpet dries in 2 hrs. [redacted] told me that he borrowed a couple of containers of water from the neighbor. I advised him that the water was on own and if he had questions he should have called me just as he called me when he said the carpet cleaning price was changing. I spoke with [redacted] on 1/13/14 about this matter and sent her the before and after pictures. She said they would only give me $150 back. Again I told her the carpet was not cleaned & how can the tech clean an entire empty house with no water. I advised her that I went and cleaned the carpet and it took me 4.5 hours to get it cleaned and sent her the pictures for proof. They still refused to refund the payment for the cleaning.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the poor service that was done. The tech did some work however, he did not clean the carpet. Also, there is no way he could have cleaned the carpet with borrowing containers of waters from the neighbors. They also, originally quoted me the price of $209.00 upon arrival the price was changed to $409.00 which I did not have a problem with if the job was going to be done.
Review: I had the carpet in my condo cleaned, the company worsened the condition of my carpet and subsequently left 3 stains. When they returned to remove the 3 stains, they then left 4 stains. I requested my money back and they refused to answer both phone calls, e-mails, and voice messages that I left. The website advertises a 100% money back guarantee for dissatisfied customers. I have a full print out of all phone and email exchanges with their customer service representative. I also have my invoice. Please contact me if there is any additional information that is needed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, not only because the service was less than desirable, but the customer service representative that worked with me was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. I repeatedly asked to speak with management and was told that she was hired so I would never have that opportunity.
Review: WORST CARPET CLEANING SERVICES EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY DON'T CLEAN YOUR CARPET! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORSE I EVER HAD. To begin with, I called in to schedule an appointment, I waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up or called to apologize, I had to call in again 30 minutes after the time window they gave me and they said they messed up my schedule and they couldn't come at the time, they would only be able to be there 2 hours later. It was a holiday and I had things to do. So okay, I ignored that fact and rescheduled for the next time available. The technician came in and said the basic cleaning wouldn't do job and recommended the deep cleaning and guaranteed that 80% of the stains would come out, so we decided to do the more professional job. HA! What a joke! None of the stains came out, my carpet still very filthy, nasty to look at. I called the office 2 days later since I was waiting for the carpet to dry and make sure the stains were still there and nobody did anything for me. 3 days after my call, the technician calls me, dared to say I was lying, that the stains did come out and yelled at me on the phone and threatened to hang up on me and said there was nothing he could do. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Right when I hung up with the technician, obviously I called the office to put ANOTHER complaint with the manager this time, and the only thing they offered to do for me is refund me for the difference from deep cleaning to basic cleaning which is a s
y $20 and expect me to be happy. So, I went out of my way and decided to put a bad review on the company so people know what they're dealing with, after that done, Ana from customer's relations, called me, we had an agreement that I would get my whole money back for the service in order for me to delete all my bad reviews, and I would get that check in a time window of two weeks. I did my part, I deleted the reviews from every website there was for me to write a review. I called the office when the two weeks expired, andDesired Settlement: We've tried the settlements available, yet they did not. They did everything they good to trigger my disappointment with their service even more. It's been a month that I got my "service" done, 3 weeks we talked about my refund and I still didn't get it!
Review: We went with a carpet cleaning service, USA Clean Master, that advertised that they would move light furniture (sofa's, end tables). We were quoted a price for 5 rooms, and a hallway for $149 and $2 per stair. When the technician arrived, he told my wife it would be 4 rooms for $149, $10 for the hallway, and $69 for the fifth room plus $2 per stair. We had already brought them into our tight schedule, and my wife felt uncomfortable trying to stand her ground with this man anyway, so she went with what seemed to be our only choice. Before he left, my wife did a walk through and determined that he had not moved anything and had only cleaned around anything in his way. My wife moved what SHE could by herself and asked him to clean under them. However the sofa's and other light furniture (as advertised) were never moved and the carpet under them is still uncleaned. He then made my wife sign a paper saying that he had done a satisfactory job. As previously mentioned it was an uncomfortable situation for her and she felt it best to oblige so as to keep it from escalating into something worse. Then when she gave him $300 dollars, he couldn't even provide correct change. We had to give up an additional dollar because he came unprepared to complete the transaction. In addition, the receipt was not corrected to show the additional dollar. When I called to inquire about the service I was told that the only one who could help was in a meeting and would call back shortly. Two hours later when I called back I was told that the manager went home to be with family for the night and there was nothing anyone else could do until tomorrow. I indicated that tomorrow was no good and I needed the services that I already paid for to be completed today I was told there was nothing they could do. When I asked if this was standard procedure for a complaint, I was told I was being unreasonable and not listening. When I mentioned the Revdex.com I was told that I was threatening them, "good luck with that", and then hung up on.Desired Settlement: I would like the work to be performed as advertised as per MY schedule this time. We should be refunded the full amount that we were charged $276 to cover the additional time and stress that I have been forced to invest into this, should be, simple matter.
