USA 3000 Airlines

United Airlines knows nothing about customer service, continue to be a disappointment. They some how, over sell flights still in 2015. They do not put the customer at the center of their decisions. They fail again and again to look at what is best for the customer. They made meself and others late for a connection for false reasons and then failed to make any effort to get me to my final desegnation. This airline is horrible.
