This company is involved in fraudulent business activities. My uncle James Terrell Huckabay Jr, half sister Debbie Dee Reeder cousin Louisiana Attorney William R Jones and Judge Joe Black Harrison County Judge and Ralph Fredella Wisdoms Treasures have transferred deed from my poor dead mother Bennie Sue Huckabay to Wisdoms Treasures for $0.00. In Texas probate court you can not sell a home worth $96,000 for $0 for the sole purpose of concealing ownership in order to steal from a heir. Why are there so many scammer in American that cant find anything better to do than take from others what does not belong to them. My mother's death was suspect, James Huckabay was at her home everyday attempting to get my Mom Bennie Sue Huckabay to sign her assets over to him. Poor Mom, when I did get a copy of the autopsy she had been beaten to a pulp. My mother had a Will the above people destroyed her Will disrespected my mother's last wishes. James when you spend all of your inheritance does not mean you must beat your sister to steal her inheritance until she ends up dead.
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I could accept that as a valid rebuttal if in fact the website itself did not have its time posted in eastern time and the screenshot from company acknowledging order receipt in eastern timeAs well as it also stated in their email under subject line in bold font that process happens during times listed in eastern hoursNot one thing on site or email from them denotes or suggests that there would be concern over time differenceEverything on their site is in eastern time so it's odd they would offer time difference as an excuse for delivering services as statedEmail as seen in second attachment for clearer viewing states specifically " Please allow to minutes for processing and delivery during hours of operation (Days a week: 8:am to 12:pm, Eastern time)"It can't get any clearer that I should have had no problems receiving order within 15-mins in my time "eastern" Regards, [redacted] ***
Dear [redacted] Please be advised that we received the above-referenced complaint from our registered agent office in Delaware in an untimely manner. However, we responded via telephone and via your website. Unfortunately, it appears that the Revdex.com does not have our...
response on file. We investigated [redacted]'s complaint and determined that the issue was a time zone difference. We will provide screenshots of the order and our delivery in two separate emails. When the report was received from Maryland (Eastern time zone), the responding office was not yet open (Mountain time zone). In other words, we delivered the report to Ms. [redacted] within the promised time frame. Ms. [redacted] also complained that the "site has a refund policy section which takes you to the term of use page which says nothing." That is not the case. Our terms of use, including the refund policy, is outlined at the Terms of Use page of our site. [redacted] Notwithstanding our inability to guarantee report information because the information is extracted from county websites that have their own disclaimers relating to accuracy and liability, it is our strict company policy to refund clients fully and immediately in the event there is inaccurate information in our reports which, again, contain information compiled from governmental entity databases. It is very rare that our reports are inaccurate, but it is possible and we strive to build repeat clientele. U.S. Title Records has been the leader in the online property title research industry for over a decade. That reality is not a result of failing to stand behind our business promises. Our client service standards are an integral part of our niche in the title research market. Please let us know if you have any questions or need more information. Thank you, [redacted] Client Services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I could accept that as a valid rebuttal if in fact the website itself did not have its time posted in eastern time and the screenshot from company acknowledging order receipt in eastern time. As well as it also stated in their email under subject line in bold font that process happens during times listed in eastern hours. Not one thing on site or email from them denotes or suggests that there would be concern over time difference. Everything on their site is in eastern time so it's odd they would offer time difference as an excuse for delivering services as stated. Email as seen in second attachment for clearer viewing states specifically " Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for processing and delivery during hours of operation (7 Days a week: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Eastern time)". It can't get any clearer that I should have had no problems receiving order within 15-30 mins in my time "eastern".
