[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] You have a response that says we will get back to you and says nothing. I could not get a response after 4 attempts. US Quarters took over 20 days to ship and since they would not respond I cancelled the purchase 2 times. No response. When they got ready they ignored my cancellation just like they ignored all other attempts to communicate with them and shipped. Now they still stall and say nothing. The order was cancelled prior to shipment. I have told everyone I have talked to that upon a return of my funds and a shipping fee of $5.95 I will ship the product back (that is the amount they charged me for shipping). I await the next response from them.
