I have spoken with [redacted] by phone on 6-7-The customer has expressed her concerns with the Station carriers not picking up her USPS.com online pickup service for her packagesI explained to [redacted] that I would communicate with the post office to ensure an Alert card to be placed on her routeThis will alert all City Carriers working on her route will be more attentive to [redacted] online requestIn addition, I have requested that the Station advise all City Carriers/CCA's to communicate with one another when helping each other working split routes to ensure scheduled package pickups orders are adhered [redacted] has my direct number and is welcome to contact me in needed

Appropriate mail receptacles must be provided for the receipt of mailThe type of mail receptacle depends on the mode of delivery in placePurchase, installation, and maintenance of mail receptacles are the responsibility of the customerAppropriate locations for installation should be verified with local postmastersCustomer obligations are as follows:

to ensure an Alert card to be placed on her route.
