Review: I was overcharged approximately $615 by the company for moving services provided. I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact them, including the day of the move. I last spoke with a "supervisor" on Friday, July 26, and he sent me a form to fill out requesting credit. I completed the form and sent it back to them, but have had no further communication with the company, even to confirm that it was received. I've sent follow up messages, and am on the verge on disputing the charge with the bank.Desired Settlement: To refund at least $477 of the approximately $615 I feel I was overcharged.
