On June 24, 2016, I purchased a Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) from US Motors and administered by Alpha Warranty for $2, Initially I declined to purchase the vehicle but was assured that the VSC would cover all internal mechanical issues by my salesman [redacted] and the finance director [redacted] I insisted that I was offered the Enhanced Coverage and was informed by [redacted] that "I could drive this car for double the current mileage with a piece of mind." Recently I took my car to my automotive shop, Euro-Tech Automotive, do to noise originating from the engine They stated that the control arms needed to be replaceI forwarded my VSC contract and requested they begin a claim to repair the control arms I received a called from Euro-Tech stating I did not have the coverage that would cover the cost of the repair needed and will have to pay over $2,dollars out of pocket I was very upset and called Alpha Warranty to ask why I was informed that I had their basic coverage and
