We recently purchased a recoil starter assembly to repair a local fire department's Floto pump. After receiving the starter, we noticed the pawls were cracked. We have been submitting requests to US Motor since 11-27-19 once a week requesting help regarding this faulty part. We have NEVER received any word back from the company.
On Nov. 26, 2018 at 11:23am I purchased a voltage regulator from US Motor Power's web site. Total charged to my card was $47.36
I have yet to receive anything! They've taken their phone number off their website, I found it elsewhere (from someone else having trouble with them) called it and every single mailbox is full and cannot accept a a message at this time. I've emailed and only receive an automated response saying that I will be contacted shortly. It's been over three months now.
The day after I made the purchase, I went back to their website to find details about the voltage regulator but it was no longer on their web site. So someone from the company saw my purchase, received my money and then removed the item from their website.
Transaction date 3/11/19. Customer cashed refund check
Faith Enterprise, Hong Kong placed an Order for 100 sets of 2-Stroke Engines with model #*** to US Motor on 26th. Nov,2018 as per Purchase Order from US Motor #***. The said Purchase Order when issued in late Sept 2018 was for 200pcs but later the Order quantity was revised with Email communications and agreed upon with 100 sets to be shipped by Early Jan 2019. The specific date agreed was 6th. Jan,2019. As per normal and usual terms, the full amount of US$54,000 was remitted to US Motor in subsequent TT payments from the Bank in Hong Kong (under Faith Enterprise account) to the Bank in Wisconsin (under United States Manufactured Products LLC account) from Nov,26th. 2018 to Dec 28th 2018. The clear and written communication of money Transfer with Bank receipts was communicated to the Business Owner at US Motor Power. When the Date of pick up for goods arrived by the 6th. Jan,2019, the Owner at USMP changed the date to 15th. Jan,2019. This communication was not advised by email but only after repeated Phone calls to Owners' Cellphone and over SMS. When the date of 15th. Jan arrived, the Owner named *** informed Faith Enterprise that He is no more in charge of the company USMP and that his manager Mr. *** is now in full charge and control of the business and that ALL communications must be only sent by EMAILS and no phone calls will be entertained. Faith had no options on table but to accept the new arrangement and move on to chase & communicate with Mr. as advised. Several Email communications with *** has revealed no promise of the delivery / pick up of the 100 Engines and until to this date 22nd.Feb,2019, the goods are not ready neither is any date for pick up promised by ***. This is the situation at hand, where Faith Enterprise has decided to file a Complaint with Revdex.com.Org against US Motor Power.
