[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  This has drastically decreased the amount of business we get because of the report that was put on. Not to mention the hours spent on getting this cleared up. Then magically there was no insurance claim after they swore up and down there was. people can not be doing things like this.
