Getting things completed was relatively easy, but there were a few delays in the system. Staff was very willing to help in whatever way needed, but feel that the fees seem a little steep for small non-profits to have to deal with as an annual procedure. Could have given 5 stars, but the fees didn't help the overall rating.

On or about 4-2-19 I signed up for services provided by USFCR for Sam registration, government formatted website with email access, bid training, APP access and bid template review and assistance.
I was never provided the agreed upon services. This company defrauded me, for over two weeks I provided this company with all the information they requested. I requested changes to the website and access to the email but was never provided this. I sent this company bid templates for review and was never provided any feedback. I requested bid training on several occasion and was never provided any. Once I realized this company was not going to provide me with the agreed upon services I requested a refund. I was not provided my money back. This company still owes me $2,995.00 and have refused to contact me since.
If you are considering signing up with USFCR you better reconsider they *** not do what they claim they ***. They *** just take your money and leave you dealing with all this yourself, save your money and do it yourself anyways.
I want my $2,995.00 refund.
On 4/2/19, the client signed a contract for our Simplified Acquisitions Program which includes the SAM registration, Online Capabilities Statement (website), and our Advanced Procurement Portal (APP). The amount paid for these services was actually $2,950.00. All of these services have been provided according to the contract that was signed. The Online Capabilities Statement was completed on 4/4/19, the SAM registration was submitted/activated on 4/11/19 and APP became available to the client upon payment being received on 4/2/19. On 4/16, the assigned Acquisition Specialist reviewed/helped the client with their Bid Template and noted they would get the access to the email for the website as requested by the client. The client never paid for the Training service mentioned thus did not receive it. When the client submitted their cancellation request for a refund, the services were completed in full and the client had already disputed the charge with their bank. When a dispute is issued, the funds get removed from our account and held by the bank until the dispute has a resolution. We explained to the client that a refund cannot be issued while there is an active dispute and that all work was fulfilled. Prior to the client disputing the charge and requesting to cancel, there was consistent communication and help offered according to the services paid for. The issue becomes escalated here as the bank decided to award the funds in our favor after reviewing the evidence we submitted for the dispute. We do not refuse to contact this client. The client harassed our staff with highly offensive, foul language for which we had to kindly request that type of communication cease. Since then, we have not heard from the client at all.
Elizabeth S. was absolutely amazing to work with. I truly felt like she was on my team. She was with me every step of the way, heard my concerns, answered my questions and had great instincts on how systems and processes may hinder our registration process. Our registration was complex due to historical company ownership changes. Elizabeth helped me navigate the complexity of the process in light of these historical changes. She is amazing!!!
