When I started this process I didn't have any idea what it involved. Elizabeth answered all of my questions and I think sometimes she might have thought I was a little thick. But she never made me feel stupid. She was always very prompt getting me the answer I needed.

If it was not for Melissa B., I would never become registered in the SAM Registration. For the second time, Melissa has worked with me so I can teach a course at Parris Island, SC.

It was an amazing experience. It was probably the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a government entity. My case worker, Paige H. was extremely helpful!

I have to say I'm blown away! I guess I somehow expected all government employees to be fowl and unhelpful. Nothing could be further from actuality.
