this loan company required a "processing fee" be paid. after that was paid, this fraudulent company then required another "inspection fee" and then they finally asked for a "closing fee" of $3800.

they provided an "irrovocable guarantee" that if the loan did not fund, the money would be returned. that has not happened and the phone calls have stopped.
