I am rejecting this response because: I am still not satisfied, you keep saying that nothing was said about certain things however like I say if they record every phone call like they claim the recordings will be their to hear for yourself!!you are doing nothing more than trying to get out of repaying me for services that were never followed through on by your business! as for the way I used profanity that is getting real old!But the fact that the owner called me and yelled at me for reporting him to the Revdex.com is more of a matter of an issue.I have said it before and will say it again I WILL NOT DROP THIS COMPLAINT UNTIL I AM REFUNDED IN FULL!!So until you take care of my refund for services I never received I will keep refusing to accept!! In October I had high credit card debt I was contacted by [redacted] ***) and USEFS I incorrectly made the assumption they were working together when we put together a plan of action I paid over $1,(ironically on my credit card) to USEFS to start the action plan My checking accounting was then charged $each month thereafter I recently asked *** about the $charge and was told to contact USEFS as they don't know why they are charging this amount since [redacted] gets funded in other ways Bottom line, I called USEFS to ask about this $monthly charged for the past years They told me that the creditors like to see that a person is receiving educational financial guidance I asked them to stop charging me since I'd be paid up next month They agreed However, I believe they have misled me regarding the statement that they were charging the $fee every month because that's what creditors wanted to see My creditors never knew this Becaus

They have been very thorough and explain everything excellent Very easy to work with

I am rejecting this response because:I completely understood the upfront >$1,cost for financial education. I accept responsibility for that.However, I was misled regarding the monthly $charge. I paid this monthly fee in good faith that the creditors required this action. This is untrue as this part of the agreement was not outlined as optional.I did not use anything on a monthly basis from USEFS. I did use their initial education package but only that.Thank you for your consideration[redacted]
