Attention: [redacted] ;This letter is in response to Mrs [redacted] in concern with assigned ID of [redacted] .Ms [redacted] called our customer service department on November 3, to inform us she would like to return her productWe ask our customers to allow approximately two weeks for the product to be received into our warehouse and processedThe refund for this order was issued on November 19, Customer called on Friday November 20, to verify the product had been received as returnedDuring this call Ms [redacted] was informed that the refund had already been issued on the 19thMs [redacted] was informed that the credit card company needed some time to post the credit and was asked to please give it some timeMs [redacted] back on Monday November 23, and asked if the returned had been processedMs [redacted] was once again reassured the refund had been issued and would process back to her credit cardMrs [redacted] called back the next day Tuesday November 24, in the morning at 8:30am to follow up on creditCustomer was reiterated that the credit had been issued however some time needed to be given for the bank to post itIt could take about to hours or three business days for the credit to reflect in the customer's accountThe refund credit was verified as posted on November 24, 2015.We regret to hear that the refund took longer than expected to appear as posted to the customer's debit cardWe hope that Ms [redacted] accepts our extended apologies for this delayOn our part we believe this situation has been resolved as the refund has been creditedWe value all our customers and sincerely hope that with the refund received, Ms [redacted] 's concern has also been satisfied.If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us[redacted] Call Center Manager 714–352-Ext, ***Brookhurst StSte374, Westminster, CA
