On 01/5/16 customer signed up for our services through our website. On 1/6/16 I spoke to customer and reviewed the process....

01/13/16 I sent the customer all paperwork that needed to be signed. As of this date, I have not received any of this back. The customer is responsible for obtaining a dealer bond and dealer insurance to complete the process. This is required by the State of MO. The customer never paid for the bond or the insurance, therefore US Dealer Licensing could not submit his paperwork to The MO Dept of Revenue, Dealer Licensing Division. US Dealer Licensing has a great relationship with the dealer services division and work with them daily to assist out clients through this process. Once the customer's wife notified us that they were not satisfied with the service, I reached out to her to correct any issues and she requested a refund. It was agreed at that time that a refund would be issued. The refund was processed on 02/25/16 in the amount of $1030.00 and our records indicate this as the only payment received. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients and it is unfortunate that they feel as though they did not get that, however they did not do what was necessary to complete the process. I am attaching documentation to support these statements.
