U.S. Contractor Administration

The company I work for has absolutely no affiliation with this company. Yet, in October they sent an email urging us renew our CAGE by following the link and adding the information. Being new, I did so, and completed the transaction. Later, I discovered that renewing the CAGE is free and this company is just a middle man company that charges people for doing something that is free of charge. After this discovery I called and left a message. My call was returned, and I was told the money would be refunded. I also received a voice mail from another employee saying the same thing. To date, no money has been refunded.

I realize that in a buyer beware environment that technically this is my mistake, regardless of how misleading their email was it was my fault. However, this is a payment that was made on a company credit card and the U.S. Contractor Administration's system did not provide a receipt for the payment. Therefore, my business office is having difficulty reconciling.

After the initial conversations I gave the company a week or so to issue the refund. Then I began attempting to contact them again. In the last 2 weeks I've called countless times and receive no answer. I've left voicemails, but my messages go without response. I have sent email to EVERY email I can find...again no response.
