NOVEMBER TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN ; THE COSTUMER *** *** , COME TO THE STORE THE DATE 10/24/TO PURCHASE A MAYTAG SIDE X SIDE FRIDGE AND A KITCHEN AID DISHWASHER WITH VALUE OF $DLLS PLUS $DLLS DELIVERY FEE TOTAL OF , WE WENT TO THE DELIVERY ON 10/26/AND INSTALL
THE APPLIANCES LEAVE EVERETHING WORKING AND ON GOOD CONDITIONS , AND WE RECIVE A SERVICE CALL FOR THE FRIDGE ON 11/04/AND AT THE SAME TIME SHE SAID THE DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK EADER , SO I SEND A TECH TO THE TENANTS HOUSE AND REPAIR THE FRIDGE AND ALSO REPLACE THE DISHWASHER FOR ANOTHER ONE , THE TECH FIND AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM ON THE OTLET WHERE THE DISHWASHER WAS CONNECTED AND REFUSE TO INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT ..*** *** COME TO THE STORE THE DATE 11/07/DEMANDING A REFOUND FOR THE AAPLIANCES SAYING THEY ALL DEFECTIVE AND DOES NOT WORKI EXPLAIN TO HER WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFOUNDS BUT ILL- BE MORE THAN-HAPPY TO HELP HER EXCHANGING THE APPLIANCES FOR ANOTHER ONES THA SHE LIKE , WITH THE SAME VALUE OF THE OTHER ONES , SHE REFUSE AND SAID SHE WAS GONNA TAKE SOME OTHER ACCIONS ,SHE SAID THA SHE KNOWS THE FISCAL MAJOR AND SHE HAVE SOME ATHORNEYS FRIENDS AND FBI FRIENDS THAT THEY CAN HELP HER WITH THIS CASE „ AGAIN WE EXPLAIN TO HER HOW DO WE WORK AND LET HER KNOW AGAIN THAT WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP HER EXCHANGIN THE APPLIANCES FOR ANOTHER ONES OR GIVE HER CREDIT FOR THEM „,AND SHE GETS MAD AND LEAVE THE STORE TAKING SOME PICTURES AND SAYING THAT THIS IS A FEDERAL CASE AFTER THAT DAY THE FIANCE OF THE COSTUMER *** *** , *** *** COME TO THE STORE WITH THE AUTORISATION OF *** *** TO MAKE AN ARREGMENT WITH THE MANAGER GIOVANNI C*** , TO TRADE THE APPLIANCES OR GET SOME CREDIT FOR THEM HE DID THE ARREGMENT WITHOUT THE COSTUMER *** *** BEEN PRESENT PSTHE DOCUMENTS ATACHED ARE THE PROVE THAT US APPLIANCES GIVE THE CREDIT TO THE FIANCE OF THE COSTUMER *** *** , *** *** FOR THE APPLIANCES WITH A TOTAL OF $DLLS US APPLIANCES MENAUL NE ALBNM ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:If the company believes appliances costing dollars are only meant to last a month, then they obviously have no regard or customer service mindsetI do not know any families who can afford to purchase a new fridge monthlyI would still be interested in a replacement for the broken one if the company would agree to that

Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted]Response to Customer Complaint on 5/9/2017 To Whom It May Concern, Mrs. [redacted] purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from US Appliances on March 14 and signed a 30-day warranty which stated that she had 30 days to report any malfunctions or any need for repair....

The warranty also stated that US Appliances provided in shop service only, meaning no technicians will be sent to any customers' residence, and that customers were required to return the appliance(s) to the store for any repairs or replacements. All customers are made aware of this policy when making any purchase. Mrs. [redacted] called US Appliances on 5/7 to report issues with her refrigerator, and that she needed someone to come to her residence to repair the refrigerator. I explained to her that we have an in -shop service only policy and that her 30-day warranty had expired nearly a month earlier, on 4/13, meaning we could no longer repair her appliance free of charge. Even though her warranty with us had expired, we wanted to help so we suggested a third-party technician who could go to her residence and repair her refrigerator at her expense. She refused. All of us here at US Appliances are willing to work with our customers to provide the best service and follow through on the policies outlined in our warranties. Unfortunately, we could not do much for this customer because her warranty had expired when she reported problems with the refrigerator.
