Things started off great, then declined so fast The short story is that my porch needed different inspections and different fixes, which were not being done correctly Then after making a stupid design choice about the location of the downspout (or not even realizing they needed to think about location), I contacted them to change it as it had caused a stream in my yard After who knows how many discussions they show up and put it the wrong way Then when I call them and they tell me there is a $fee to change it to the correct location The downspout is now pouring water towards my house

I contracted this company to replace my current screen porch. It was a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Once they got my down payment check they did not care at all.
Delivery was over four weeks late. The level of the frame was off so they had to send someone out to fix. The skylights were installed in the wrong place. I originally had a 3 foot roof overhang so that no rain would come in. They installed a 2 foot roof overhang which I now find
The office manager [redacted] was a nightmare to work with. Work was below standards to say the least.
