I am thankful to US-Van Lines for helping us move and wanted to take the time to give accolades to the team that helped us get it done quickly, efficiently and with no damages Our guys, that were led by Ellie worked hard I was very worried because the day before I was notified that the company truck had been damaged and they would have to reschedule to the next day On the morning of the move they did not arrive on timethey arrived EARLY Their experience showed in their efficiency loading the truck with as much as space permitted We noticed they they had their plan and best methods setThe team was pleasant especially considering that our furniture is super heavy and we moved from a one story home to a multi-level home
I used US-Van lines to move from Atlanta to Washington DCThey came go home and loses my things on July 1st 2016and we're supposed to deliver them them the twelfth or days after the day of pick upWe made several calls which all included lies about the progress and delivery of my belongings*** and several others continued to blame the delay in a lack of trucks or lack of availability, whatever they could think of to stallFinally, in September the truth came out and US Van Lines admitted to not knowing where my belongings wereEverything I owned, they allegedly lostHow you lose a crate full of things, I do not understandIt is December now, and I am still in the process of spending the money to replace everything I lostHowever there were so many memories and irreplaceable items lostPlease, do not use this companyI suffered a personal tragedy because of their inability to do their job
