We rented/bought a school violin for my son to use in the fourth grade The contract for the use/purchase of this equipment was NOT reviewed by Eckroth The contract was also never renewed or discussed on a yearly basis Rather, Eckroth helped themselves to charging ($751.60) my checking account for the next four years, while they led me to believe that we were purchasing the instrument since the contract was not renewed They stole my money My son only used the instrument one year and we paid $for its use I was never approached at the end of each school year about the need to renew the contract or asked if my son still needed or wanted the violin When I stopped payment, they sent me to collections for $even after they collected my money with no scruples from my checking account with another $ I attempted to dispute illegitimate charges and their manager was rude and not customer oriented Instead he was threatening in his practices demanding reposses
