My Name is [redacted], I am the owner of [redacted]'s Applaince.
I am replying on the complain I had from [redacted],
When I went to [redacted] home I told mrs [redacted] that I was the techniciaon that was going to repair the oven...

from her stove, mrs [redacted] was very upset telling me that she didn't want the old dinosaur stove that she wanted a new stove she was very upset, I told her that she needed to talk to her landlord I am limited to all repairs and or to approve any new stoves, after my findings the problem to her stove I did tell mrs [redacted] that it would take 5 to 7 working day if the part was in stock, after I checked with my parts department I was notify that the PARY had to be order and it would take a month or a little longer because the stove is older and it wasn't in stock, that's when I called and left a massage notifying that the part was going to take longer and I would call her when it arrive,
I don't have any control of the parts if they are not in stock, at the same time I would like to apologize for any inconvenience,
I did told mrs [redacted] that if she wanted a new stove to contact her land lord,
I am against tha wall on approving any new item or Applaince.
