I am rejecting this response because:Our insurance was processed and payment was made at the time we were seen. A business clearly as profit driven as these surely would not have not even taken us back to see a doctor prior to receiving payment. If there were statements sent there should not have been to begin with.

It is policy of Urgent Care of Colorado that if appropriate attempts are made to collect a balance due and are unsuccessful, the patient and their family are then no longer able to be seen at Urgent Care of Colorado.  Per official documentation, 3 billing statements, 3 official letters and 2...

phone calls were made in attempt to collect the balance due before this patient was terminated from future visits.  Urgent Care of Colorado makes every attempt to work with patients on their balance due and to keep individuals out of collections.  If we would have gotten a response from the patient after our multiple attempts, this situation would have been avoided.
