Director have looked into this patient encounter and discussed this matter with the staff working that day as well as the office manager appropriately. We did have a experienced nurse on staff that evening who was completing training on our new equipment but had a nurse supervising who was well versed on our equipment as well. As you and your daughter came in within the first nine days of our clinic being open, unfortunately there was a delay in the hemocult cards (the testing supply which is used to detect blood in stool) being delivered to our facility due to supplier shortages, though we were able to get test results back within 24 hours. If possible, we would like to have a representative from our corporate staff reach out to you via phone or email to discuss this matter further as well as your co-pay for the inconvenience this process caused. It is our goal to regain your trust in order to have the opportunity to serve your family should a future need arise.
