Review: My daughter and I received flu shot during 12-13 flu epidemic. This was one of the only clinics in my area with the shots. I went through their extensive insurance check and was told flu shots were covered 100%. It was like an assembly line. 60 people lined up to get their insurance checked. It was never divulged that I would be charged two office visits which were NOT COVERED. Not only was there no office visit conducted, I shared the same room with my daughter and was in and out within minutes.Desired Settlement: I want the office visit charge removed from my account.
