Ordered a bed that was received, but returned because the design was not accurate per specs. Send it back for rebuild and now business is unresponsive
My wife ordered a custom build bed that was delivered, then sent back because of inaccuracies with the build. The business accepted responsibility over the phone with the promise to rebuild. Now months later, the business has become unresponsive to multiple attempts to contact via phone and email. The business has not made contact or issued a refund. No intent has been defined as to what the business will do next.
