I am rejecting this response because: I was informed that if my deposit and monthly rent were made out to a management company that they are responsible for returning my security depositMy checks were not made out to the owner of the propertyPlus I had to go through the city to get the address since urban realty was taking so long to give me the information it has now been well over the days by California state law which requires me to receive my entire deposit

Revdex.com:
At this time, I have not been contacted by Urban Realty regarding complaint ID ***

he tenant did indeed rent through our company but as detailed on her lease we did not hold her deposit. The deposit was held by the owner and we have been responsive and have worked diligently within our means to...

assist in solving the issue. We are not allowed to provide address other than the addresses that are placed within the lease for service. If she wants to serve the owner the address to do so is located in her lease in which I have provided to [redacted]. If there is anything else we can provide and it under ethical standards we will do so. At this time we can only continue to follow up with the owner. My last conversation with [redacted] on 5/27/2015 she stated she is going to move forward with service and stated she had the address.

Review: Urban Realty advertise an apartment for rent on [redacted], The address of Building [redacted]. I am new medical doctor starting my residency in Coney island hospital, So I was looking for Apartment near the hospital. Their agent show me the apartment and I decided to rent it, the agent told me that the [redacted] of building have certain requirement to rent one bed room apartment which include annual income more than ($50,000) and a credit score more than 700. I gave the agent a copy of my contract with Hospital showing my annual income which is more than ($50,000) but I was unsure about my credit score, The agent asked me to check it online first so I make sure that my score fit their criteria by online web site prior to paying the application and credit score check fees to them as they are non-refundable. On the next day I went to my bank and asked [redacted] employee to check my credit score but the employee told me the bank do not check a credit score and instead, I can use [redacted] to check my credit score and I did, My score was more than 700 based on this web site. I contacted the real estate agent and I told him that, He said, I should come and fill out the application and pay the application fees including credit score check. I went to their office and I filled the application and I paid $100 after they asked me for $120 but I paid $100 after negotiation, the charged me $500 deposit so they take the apartment off market,I met the lady([redacted])who is in charge of making the contract and I told her clearly more than twice that I used [redacted] for credit score check and she told me my application will be accepted as I fit the criteria. On May [redacted] 2014, 4 days later I called the agent to follow up on my application and the agent sent me [redacted] Cellphone number to speak with her, I called her and she told me my application is denied as my credit score is low ([redacted] usually give higher scores!. I believe this is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my money and for the time they wasted. As I went twice to their office, first time to fill out the application and pay the money and second time to get the $500 deposit check, and I went to the apartment once. Also I want to stop such real estate scams and protect other people like me from falling in such scam. The [redacted] of the building must be notified as well.

Please find attached receipt of payment along with agreement receipt where the client puts signature to our agreement that application and credit check fees are NON refundable under any circumstances. Unfortunately the client wasn't approved for the apartment due to credit score under 700. Also see atattched the proof that his credit score was 659 at the time and the property landlord declined his application. -- Best regards, [redacted]

Review: I recently moved out of a home I was renting from Urban Realty at 3828 65TH Street in Sacramento Ca. I have contacted Urban Realty numerous times regarding my deposit. I left the house cleaner than it was when I rented it.It has now been past the 21 days for them to give everything back to me. Urban Realty is saying that it is not them but the owner of the property that is responsible for giving me my refund. However he will not give me her information so I can contact her and serve he to take her to small claims court.Desired Settlement: I want my total amount refunded 1500 dollars. 925 was for the security deposit and 600 is for my pet deposit.
