I wanted to let you know that I resolved my complaint with urban motors. They apologized and we came to an agreement about the amount they would reimbursed me for the repairs I paid for at my mechanic and paid in full for the time my dog was boarded. They made a mistake but they did set it rightThey care about their customers and their business integrity.
