Urban Exquisite

We had this company install a walkway in 2017. We used the same company to complete snow removal services for the 2017/2018 winter season. The company damaged the walkway while completing snow removal services during the 2017/2018 winter season. Despite the company`s efforts they have not completed repairs which have been lasting and effective.
Our biggest concern is that in August 2018 while the walkway was under warranty, the company gave us a written email that they would replace the walkway but this has never been honoured. The company continued to attempt repairs telling us to be patient to see the results of their efforts even though we were not satisfied. We acted in good faith and it appears that since we are now outside of the original warranty period our recourse has been eroded. We do not believe we have been treated fairly.

We began using Urban Exquisites and Trent Martel a little over 4 years ago and we are beyond pleased. They maintain our property year round (lawn in warmer months and driveway/snow clearing in colder months).
We have also engaged them to replant areas around our property from evergreen shrubs to rose hedge - very pleased with the timeliness and attention to detail as well as the very reasonable cost.
