Don't trust Patrick Conetta! He lies about the condition of the units and charges one month broker fee for nothing! Doesn't come across as trustworthy.

He's not honest and shows dumpy units. He charges for his bad services. Glad I saw the other negative reviews of him!

Patrick has ghosted my relator for a month now. I viewed the property and sent in an application the same day. Renting a property should never be this difficult. We should never have to play phone tag to get a yes or no for a rental property. Do not trust him to get you in if you’re at a deadline with your lease.

A fraudulent rental listing of 26 Moore St Unit 4 was noticed. I notified Patrick Conetta. He used my notification as an excuse to call me and try to strike up a conversation despite me clearly stating there isn't a need to call.
Fraudulent listing has still not been updated. I have to deal with lower rent record posted on my property due to his incompetence.
Landlords and tenants beware.

of rental listing at 30 Lincoln Avenue, Greenwich, CT. The current listing shows pictures of my apartment illegally taken in 2018. Patrick Conetta then upon being caught removed the pictures, just to repost them again three years later. Three email went and remain unanswered. BBB Complaint just filed, along with deceiving and false advertising complaints to the hosting website. Don't trust this realtor, he's deceiving you.
