We live in a neighborhood consisting of well maintained and prestigious homes, most upwards of $500,000 (my property recently appraised for $700,000) and with a very strict HOA. We awoke today with two vehicles marked Urban Civil parked directly on our private property. Our HOA directly prohibits vehicles being parked on the grass, and will fine for this offense. They parked far off the road onto our land to survey the EMPTY LOT next to us. This land is maintained, mowed, sprinklered, seeded and cared for. We approached the driver of said vehicles and they stated that they needed to be parked there. We pointed out many other spots that are not on private and maintained property. They got very rude with my elderly mother when she asked them politely again to move, explaining how they parked on our expensive buried aerobic sprinkler system.
They moved their trucks, but my property and sprinklers were damaged. There's now tire tracks in our grass, one of our sprinkler pipes was busted open and now we have lost our entire back sprinkler system.
I have called the company during business hours and have not received and response or explanation for this downright disrespectful act to our property.
I have photos of the incident as well as of the damaged that occured today.
This is not a proper way of conducting business.

I am rejecting this response because:
The company representative who met with me to discuss damages on my property said he would have "the owner" of the property approve the repair giving me the impression that the company would not be paying for the damages but rather a innocent individual who was paying for services done to their land by Urban Civil.
They also misrepresent us as the homeowners and complainant by saying that there were no visible tracks where the damage occurred, and that other tracks were visible on the property but this is because the tracks visible were from a 2000-2006 Chevy Suburban with aggressive off-roading tires, versus a newer model Chevy pickup that had street tires on it, (photos provided). There was also three days of flooding rainfall that had occurred between when the damages happened and when they surveyed the damage, this is a very important detail that was left out.
