I went to take my kids to have some fun here there was a sign that said no refunds during my purchase I asked the young lady how much were the lockers she then stated $5 for 3 hours, after purchasing tickets for my kids and myself I walked towards lockers and realized the lockers and saw the sign that they were not working so I walked back to the desk and asked why she didnt tell me they were not working when I asked for the price. she then stated they were having electrical issues in the facility that day I asked for my refund and they refused she got the manager and I told her I felt as if I was tricked into making my $147 purchase before being aware that there was issued with the electricity which included fans to make sure it wasnt too hot to be there. all I am is requesting for my refund and corporate

To Whom This May Concern,
My name is Yuliana H and I am the General manager at Urban Air North riverside. On March 5th, Mrs. M came in to our park and bought passes for her, a friend and her children. I was the one who spoke to Mrs. M regarding the locker situation.
Our park has shoes cubbies all over the park, as well as lockers. The day prior to Mrs. M visit we had a power outage and it damaged our lockers. On the lockers, we put a sign that said “out of order”.
When Mrs. M came to me with her concerns, I politely explained to her our situation and pointed at the “out of order” sign on the lockers. At that time, she told me it was too dark to see that sign and that we should had signs at the front desk, in which I agreed and apologized for the inconvenience.
I spoke to Mrs. M and told her we had shoe cubbies all over the park that she was more than welcome to use and she declined by saying “her shoes were too expensive and she didn’t trust people”, I then suggested she could go drop off her shoes in her car and come back in. She said she was not going to do that. I politely explained to her why we couldn’t keep her shoes at the front. If we did, then we would be responsible for her shoes. Mrs. M then decided to stay and she stayed until closing time.
Please keep in mind, we had over 70 guests in our park and nobody complained. Not one issue that day. Our AC was working perfectly fine, Mrs. M never mentioned this to me or my team members.
We have “All sales finals and No refunds” signs all over our park. The reason why didn’t offer Mrs. M passes for another day was because she made the decision to stay until closing time.
I hope this helps this issue. Please feel free to call me at ***
Thank you, Yuliana H
