Urban Air Adventure Park

I'm requesting a refund for two 1.5 hour jump sessions for the*** location. The refund request is due to an error made by the cashier where I was charged for two children under the age of 2. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager on duty Chelsea, I was informed she could not issue a refund and I would have to request it from corporate. The manager on duty offered two 1 hour jump passes, but we prefer the refund due to the error on their behalf. I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference.
