My daughter has been treated amalgam for one cavity at the Mark Urbach dentist office on [redacted] 20.I paid 153 dollars something to the dentist and two weeks later I received reimbursement letter from my insurance.Patient RESP says $53.30 and I requested money back to the dentist employee.She told me that she already asked for my credit card company and it still pending status so might can check my balance a few days later.I was waiting for two weeks but I couldn't get money back.When I call them back again she seemed to explain it was malfunction of computer.And then she asked to me credit card number by phone. I don't prefer to this so I stopped by the office and requested again.A employee said to me I will probably get a check soon.In total I call them twice and visited once and always heard "you will get it few days later" but I'm still waiting for more than a month.
