Ur Cell Repair

After multiple attempts trying to get an actual name or company name, we could never get a legitimate name. Went in for a screen repair,being told that it would be a new screen placed on my phone. When it came to the repair, and replaced the screen, the screen was burnt in and faulty. Owner insisted that is how the screens come, even thought I talked with another expert about the screen replacement and they said that they gave me a used screen and that soon it will fail. Went back and asked for a refund and refused to complie. Essentially at this point it seems like they might not be a legitimate business and yet they advertise themselves as one in the store.
