elective aesthetic proceduresIt is mandated we operate under Medical Supervision, with each of our clients thoroughly reading and signing consent forms prior to their services With Dermal Fillers, some of those risks can include, but are not limited to bruising, swelling, irritation, and the possibility of triggering underlying, or dormant conditions, such as the Herpes virus, fever blisters, or if the client has a history of cold sores DrI*** and I felt as though we responded with the utmost and appropriate care and concern upon notification of your reaction, with continued follow up via phone call, office visits, and text messages on AND off hours Thankfully, after DrI***'s exam, thorough post care, and appropriate prescribed medications, your diagnosis was not necrosis, it resolved in the proper time frame and did not cause permanent scarring In this instance, we felt obligated to provide you with a full refund for your service
