I was promised my printing project, which was a letter for mailing on June 9, 2020 to be delivered to recipients by June 19, 2020. To date, no one has received the letter. I was promised it would be in the mail but that has not happened. This is dated mail that had to be delivered for a political campaign. I talked to their representative, Les, who cannot give me an answer.
I am totally disappointed with this company. I will never use them again and plan on taking other action if this letter is not delivered. There could be a good chance I lose this election. This letter was very important to my campaign and I used them because I was promised it would be delivered on time.
6 PHONE NUMBERS....... Been trying to get a hold of SOMEONE.. to get removed from their solicitation mailers. No answer at any of them. They just want you to leave a voicemail... I tried listing all the numbers but Revdex.com.org will not let me.
We have removed him from all mailing lists
Back in April I contacted mudlick mail, Went over prices with representative Told them I was on a budgetMI business is niche market. We agreed to do it mailing for 3 months I paid $1300 plus $84 for some set up. I agreed after 3 months in July I would see where I am in reference to having some form of contact with customers through their marketing Marketing . On June 1st there is a debit from my bank account of 1419.00. Not sure why The 3 months were not up. I called the representative he made some ridiculous Excuse that didn't make sense. They over *** my bank account by $249. I have contacted my attorney For further litigation In contacting the banking commission.

Refund Return of the 1419 in the $249 Over draft from taking out that payment.
On July 31, 2018 a refund was given for $1,419.10. We are sorry for the bad experience that you had with Mudlick Marketing and are more than happy to offer you a $249 credit on your next job, if you ever choose to work with us again!
I've paid this company thousands of dollars to run direct mailing for our office. They promised a min of .5 % return and we received zero business, not a single phone call. Total loss for my company.
At first I suspected that they didn't mail anything, the rep I used to setup the transaction all of the sudden stopped answering her phone or email. I sent them several messages via phone and email and they refused to repond. It was only when I called my credit card company is charge back funds did they start communication again.
They provided some receipt that showed that they dropped off the mailing at the post office but they couldn't confirm the dates that the mailing was actually sent out. We had several conversations about the critical nature of the timing of these mailings as they were right around the holiday time. I targeted the mailings to be delivered the 1st week of Dec and the 2nd week of Jan. I now suspect that the mailing was not timed correctly. Nor can confirm with them that the design that I approved was the one sent or that it was sent to real addresses or the correct zip code. I have hundreds of people tied to my business that live in the areas that I targeted that did not receive anything.
Do not use them, they will steal your money and leave you with nothing to show for it.

Refund They should offer a refund, or at least a patrial refund. They should not make money on small businesses that are hurt by their poor performance mailing campaigns.
This customer is making a complaint regarding an order he placed with our company for the production of marketing materials. We have provided verified postal documentation that proves the order was produced and processed as requested. Mudlick Mail has already won two separate credit card chargeback claims instigated by the customer, the most recent of which was over 9 months ago.
We fulfilled our obligation to process the order and get the postcards to the post office in a timely manner. It is the customer's final decisions on the areas to mail and the type of offers to use to get a response, we simply execute the order. We also cannot control the speed in which the United States Post Office delivers the mail after we have given ownership of the mail to the Post Office.
We feel the customer is using the threat of a Revdex.com complaint as a last ditch effort to receive a refund they do not deserve. At Mudlick Mail we stand behind the work we do, and we have proven that we completed this customer's order as requested. We can provide evidence of the chargeback responses and documentation if requested.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They make promises and then don't keep them. Yes I have charged back funds only when they refused to respond regarding the completely failed marketing campaign that they designed for our business.
Yes they can prove that they dropped something off at the post office. As far as my bank is concerned I paid for a service they can confirm they provided that service. However buyer beware if you read in between the lines of their response. They could have mailed out blank pages for all I know, they could have mailed out those blank pages to literally anywhere.
Also they now even admit that they "can't guarantee the speed of the mail" which again if you read in between the lines here means that they didn't deliver at the correct times to accommodate for the other trillion things being mailed over the holidays. The timing of this mailing was critical and the rep assured me that they would be received at the correct times. Sound like that was a lie just to get our money.
Do not work with this company or you will lose your money.
