I ordered a weighted jump rope and never received it. Only emails with excuses

Ordered 2 phone cases for diving in January, got an email in early February saying shipment delayed due to a Covid. It is now the middle of June and nothing. No response from multiple emails I have sent them. ***. ***. Tried to dispute it with cc company and they say it's too late. Absolutely disgusted with this company!!

In collaboration with ***.com they took people's money and never delivered the product to anyone.
