Mr*** did bring his machine in for a tune up serviceThe cost was quoted and approved for $plus parts and supplies by Mr***He was charged accordinglyThrough inspection we found his carburetor was broken upon arrivalWe offered to fix it under a separate service ticket and that should
be covered under a warranty claim through ToroThis would be at no cost to Mr*** once approved through the warranty processWe did run into an issue when we looked up the machine to find it was not registered and it is required in order for any warranty repairWe asked Mr*** for the receipt so we could assist with the registration process, unfortunately he refused to bring it to usWe offered to assist him with the repair once he brought us the machine or registered it, otherwise we can fix it but it will cost him "out of pocket" for something we would consider to be covered under the manufacturers warranty. We never once told Mr*** to leave, or any other claims he made aboveWe simply tried to help him however he would not allow us toAlso his serial number relates to a machine purchased in 2014, which would make it two years old but we have no way of knowing without the original purchase receipt.
