My package was delivered to the wrong address was told I had to call the help line called put in what they wanted to know could never get ahold of a real person the phone service is a joke to file a claim online I have to make a profile on the ups website now if I’m having so much trouble to get a package that you can’t get to the correct address why would I put my information in your hands I’m truly disappointed in the customer service offered by ups I will not willing give ups my business again
