Still waiting for delivery since August 8,Supposedly got delivered to local post office August 12,Postal employees deny package is thereJust want the package

Similar story here with Mail Innovations The worst experiences I've ever had First occurred when I had sent a watch for repair to Texas It was repaired and left the repair center 9-9- The tracking information was completely inaccurate It stated arrived at my post office but we went there and it never arrived For weeks there was no information, then I received notice that the watch would be delivered on 10-12- Next notice was package returned to sender in Texas as "not deliverable with the address on package" During the entire time of missing in action, no one could track down where it was I contacted the repair place and they had my correct address and no one could explain what address was on the label that caused it to be returned to Texas It is being shipped to me again and who knows what will happen if MI receives the package My second experience was within past week Had medical supplies shipped Company used MI and they reported it was shipped weeks ago and was supposedly at the post office Post office said not there UPS said not there Spoke with company yesterday and they said they got notice package is being returned to them so they will have to send out new supplies My concern is MI is getting paid significant amount of money to hand off mail for UPS and USPS Why is no one investigating how inept this company is Mail is being mishandled and what is happening to the packages that do not get delivered or are lost in action It is impossible so far to find a way to contact MI directly All of the reviews I have read so far are negative I guess the next step is to complain to UPS and perhaps they will find another carrier for them
