Review: I placed an order with [redacted] and it was on vehicle for delivery today. I checked the status at 730 pm as I hadn't received my package only to find out that my package was damaged and was being sent back. This is not the first time that they have damaged a package sent it out for delivery only to not get it because the driver said there was damage to the package which results in me not getting my package on time!Desired Settlement: I would like a hand written apology and I would like someone reprimanded for not doing their job and reporting damage when the package was sorted and put on the truck damaged!

Review: I sent a box 2/14/14 to Gateway computer in Temple Texas to be repaired internally. The computer was cracked my ups. I put $500.00 insurance on the box and wrote in red marker...fragile. The company sent it back today...they will not repair damged material. I called ups, emailed twice and went back to the building. The email they sent said the box was ineligible. That is not acceptable when I insured the box and packed it properly. The Acer company sid it will cost 266. fix the damage. I included that info in my email...since I can not speak to a person. I charged this computer and still paying for it. I only wanted it fixed enternally while it is still on warranty. track #[redacted]Desired Settlement: They can pay the$ 20.80 to ship and pay $266.99 for the repair.
