I didn't want to use there service canceled it asked for a refund back in October of 2019 and have yet to receive my refund
In October of 2019 I called this law firm for bankruptcy protection spoke on the phone with a young man and he told me of the different payment plans I wasn't sure if I could make those payments so I said let me think about it and I will call you back the next day so him pressuring me to at least do the processing few of 10 dollars to get me in the system and have someone from the firm talk to me about what they offer so I gave him my card info for the 10 dollar payment and I asked him again are you sure your only gonna debit my card for only 10 dollars he assured me he would I get up the next morning check my bank account and saw where they debited my card for 76 dollars so I called them and canceled my service and requested for a refund every since then I have yet to get my refund and have made several calls about my refund to only get the run around

wanted ti File Bankruptcy chapter 13, but my file was declined from Attorney *** who I did not get to speak with for over a week because of my work, we had to set up an appointment for, but meanwhile a Secretary named *** #XXX-XXX-XXXX, and another person *** who was the Managing Partner? MY Case #XXXXXX started 11-22-19, they started taking out $100.00/week on Friday from my checking account'??'??? I was watching my ACCOUNT, they sure were taking it out on time even a Monday!They OWE ME $300.00 which I have been calling and calling them about supposedbly Feb 10th was when I was suppose to get it but I have not seen anything YET.... So I am making this complaint and will put this online also, to make others aware, PLEASE help ME, THANK YOU...I am sorry but I do not know the original address
