Upper Arlington Urgent Care

My girlfriend and her children and I were exposed to someone who was Covid positive through her ex (they have joint custody). We called Worthington Urgent Care, who said they could provide results in two days, so I went for a test. The whole process was very professional. They had a small front room where you can sign in on a tablet, then wait in your car and fill out forms. Then I was told to drive around back to get tested while in my car. The person who did the test gave me some forms, and told me I would hear back in two days with results. I told my girlfriend, her children, and my family that I would know in two days.
I called in two days and the receptionist told me it could take 7, that we had been lied to. She apologized for it, but I honestly felt hurt and lied to. I try to trust my healthcare professionals, especially when we are in a Pandemic and there is a lot of lying and misinformation going around. I am trying to be safe and plan my life around taking the appropriate precautions. We are now in quarantine awaiting results. Now I don't even trust that I will get them back in 7 days. Who knows? This is my only interaction with the business. For all I know they are great otherwise, but this is an important one to be wrong on.
