Dear Sir, I had contacted this company on 1/8/2010 due to many federal TCPA and CAN-SPAM violations, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. As the TCPA specifically states that people have a private right to sue for these bombardments of unwanted calls/texts, I sent a Demand Letter (which would allow this federal lawbreaker to settle out of court) to the Legal department and to the Registered Agent at ***@***.com. Hearing nothing back, I subsequently sent a second email on 2/23/2020. And a third email on 2/24/2020. This company may respond with an absurd statement saying this is extortion or such, but how could it possibly be that, when I am lawfully abiding by the TCPA, and trying in good faith to settle this before I am forced to file a suit due to this entity ignoring my repeated requests? Still having not heard a word, I am requesting that this company contact me.

Note: I find it very interesting and ironic how this company, UPLAND SOFTWARE charges businesses on how to streamline its Legal and HR process. Well, if UPLAND'S own process is simply not responding .... then what's to purchase?
