I recently had the pleasure of using Upkeep Locksmith for a rather urgent situation, and I must say, their service was absolutely stellar. From start to finish. First off, their response time was impressive. I was in a bit of a jam, locked out of my house on a chilly evening, and they arrived promptly, which immediately put me at ease. The locksmith who came, Aron, was not only friendly but also incredibly skilled. He assessed the situation quickly, explained the process clearly, and worked diligently to get me back inside my home. He meticulously worked on my lock, ensuring it was not only opened but also in perfect working condition afterward.

I *** to find a locksmith to open our entry door of our apartment as we locked out. Called a company that now I realized that has many names such as *** locksmith, *** and have different phone numbers. a guy named David came and without touching the lock recommend to replace the cylinder of the door lock. he said he is subcontractor ( his business name is Upkeep locksmith which I have provided on this complaint file. He charged my credit card with his phone for $400 dollars. I have the following concerns
1) I have been overcharged
2) The part is not a right part( does not fit very well)
3) The whole business seem suspicious as each time I call number the person who answers introduces the business with different name.
4) We dont feel safe with these business who has changed our lock.
