I am rejecting this response because the company did not address or even acknowledge that it had in any way provided less than professional serviceAt the time of delivery, even a simple "I'm sorry" would have been preferable to the "How does it
look?" question during delivery(Really? You want compliments and are implying that all is well, since it was deliveredMONTHS later and after MANY phone calls and emails?) No, the lack of responsibility and professionalism is completely unacceptableI will certainly not recommend this business to others, nor will I ever conduct business with this company again
